Mindfulness for Seniors with Riki Aihara

Learn how to be more mindful (focused on the present moment) and calm the mind. We’ll practice breathing techniques, meditation and how to reflect upon oneself to promote overall wellness.
Riki Aihara is a certified yoga teacher who promotes mental health and physical wellbeing. Both of her parents have worked in Little Tokyo her entire life and she considers LT a second home. Riki has witnessed the importance of mental health having worked at a holistic center and traveling the world to participate in different wellness trainings.
