Keiro’s Genki Living Workshops are immersive, hands-on programs designed to promote active and socially connected lifestyles. Building on the success of Keiro’s 2024 Active Aging Fair, this new series offers interactive ways to help older adults explore new and familiar activities that support their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Our first in-person workshops include Walking, Golf, and Yoga—each offering a unique way to stay active and engaged as you age. No prior experience is required. See below to learn about the workshops and define what “genki living” means to you!
