Japanese Home Cooking with NJ Nakamura & Hitomi Hashimoto

Did you know that NJ Nakamura and Hitomi Hashimoto have hosted a cooking class at the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center (SFVJACC) since 1997? They are now sharing their culinary skills with the Keiro community for everyone to enjoy as attendees can follow along with the recipe or just take part in the conversation. Join us as we go into the community to learn how to make a simple nikujaga and takuan for the whole family to enjoy.
