Getting the Most Out of Your Favorite Foods
January 24 @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am
This presentation will discuss common food challenges we may face as we age and how we can get the most out of our favorite foods. Throughout the presentation, we will explore strategies to maximize the nutrition in your favorite Japanese dishes. We will break down some common dishes like curry, hamburger steak, and mochi to see what they already contain nutritionally and how we can add more health benefits with just a few steps.
