LOS ANGELES, January 23, 2024 — Keiro announced that its annual Caregiver Conference will be held in person on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center. For over 20 years, Keiro has helped thousands of Japanese American older adults and their caregivers to embrace their aging journey by providing practical resources and information to support living at home.
“Caregiving for a friend or loved one is a challenging responsibility,” said Beverly Ito, President and CEO of Keiro. “We hope that attendees are able to walk away from this year’s conference with a sense of renewed purpose and confidence in their caregiving duties. Keiro is committed to supporting caregivers and older adults to live healthier and more fulfilling lives through this conference and our quality of life programs.”
Keiro looks forward to once again welcoming Our Community’s caregivers from across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties to learn from subject matter experts and access new resources. The theme for this year’s Caregiver Conference is: Enriching Your Caregiver Toolbox, providing practical knowledge that caregivers can immediately apply to their current caregiving situation.
