On Saturday, April 19, Keiro and Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) Changing Tides presented a panel discussion on the stressors that come with end-of-life decisions and how advance planning can help alleviate some of that stress. Advance planning is the primary way to communicate financial, health care, and legal wishes should you no longer be able to make your own decisions. Despite this, over 60% of adults in the United States have not completed at least one advance care planning document.
This event was created for the Orange County Japanese American and broader Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community, focusing on bringing generations together.
This event was made possible by the generous support of Project Kokoro.
