genki living workshops 2026

Keiro’s Genki Living Workshops empower older adults to embrace active aging by introducing accessible hobbies and activities that promote health, wellness, and social connection. These hands-on workshops provide a supportive space to explore interests that enhance their quality of life.

In 2025, Genki Living Workshops brought together over 100 community members through walking, golf, and yoga — three unique experiences that inspired older adults to go outside, connect, and stay active.
