Become a Volunteer at Keiro
Keiro Retirement Home and boy scout at Visions Bingo, Caregivers Conference for Institute for Healthy Aging at Keiro and Keiro Intermediate Care Facility Resident with volunteer Courtney Takeda.

Keiro Senior HealthCare owes much of its present status to the hard work of volunteers who have contributed to the organization's growth over the past 50 years. As a not-for-profit organization, Keiro Senior HealthCare would not be able to provide the culturally sensitive senior care that it is known for without the ongoing contributions of donors and volunteers.

Individual Volunteers
Individual volunteers are in constant need at Keiro Retirement Home and the Keiro Intermediate Care Facility (both located just east of Little Tokyo), Keiro Nursing Home in Lincoln Park (also near Little Tokyo), and South Bay Keiro Nursing Home in Gardena. Volunteer needs vary with each facility or site depending upon the type of care being offered to residents at that particular facility.

Volunteer Opportunities
Keiro Senior HealthCare offers individuals a number of volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas. The majority of volunteer positions and opportunities are to assist directly with resident care or activities. Office and clerical volunteer positions are limited but are needed from time to time.
