Whether you are hoping to navigate conversations with a resistant care recipient or minimize your stress\, we invite you to submit your questions during registration for Janie to address during the virtual program. \n\n\n\nAbout the Expert:  \n\n\n\nJanie Grauman became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 1997. She has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice\, a geriatric case manager\, a clinical supervisor of graduate students\, a support group facilitator\, and a community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association. She specializes in all issues related to individuals and families dealing with dementia.

This event will connect caregivers with local resources to strengthen their support network.  \n\n\n\nMany in Our Community experience caregiving as both an act of love and a source of stress. While caregiving can often feel isolating and overwhelming\, cultivating a community of care helps caregivers find the renewal and encouragement to confidently meet challenges with greater resilience. Through workshops\, consultations\, and respite services\, attendees will discover ways to collectively navigate care\, manage expenses\, and find balance in their daily lives.
