Attend one- to eight-hour seminars and longer-term courses at various locations throughout the community to maintain and improve your physical and mental wellness. Vitality Forum is a community education program which provides one- to eight-hour seminars on a variety of health and aging topics. Lifelong learning courses are based on research from leading universities and last four to eight weeks.
